Bowers Open Day Success
Bowers Metrology is celebrating the success of its recent open day held at its Bradford, West Yorkshire production facility. Opened by the Lord Mayor of Bradford Councillor Peter Hill, the high profile event was organised to help showcase the company’s unrivalled choice of precision measuring equipment.
Bowers understands that choosing the most appropriate measuring instrument for an application can often be a challenge, and that in today's climate it is important to provide gauges that suit both customer’s needs and budgets. To help potential customers make the correct gauging choice, a comprehensive range of measuring solutions, including high quality products from Bowers Group members Moore & Wright, Baty International, CV Instruments and, of course, Bowers’ own gauges were on display. To provide further help, Technical Specialists were available to answer all precision measuring questions.
Attendees were also invited to take a guided tour of Bowers Metrology's production facility to see for themselves why the company has been at the forefront of bore gauge design and production for more than 50 years.
Encouraged by the success of the event, Group CEO Steve White said “The large number of delegates attending our recent open day means that we are already planning our next event. The open day gave all attendees a more in-depth understanding of the wide range of products and services we are able to offer, whilst we at Bowers now have an improved understanding of our customer’s needs”.
