Described as the perfect solutions to the rapid, accurate inspection of small parts, Bowers Metrology now offers the ingenious Sylvac range of Measuring Stands: PS15 / PS16 / PS17. The precise yet robust Sylvac stands exert a low, repeatable measuring force on the measured part, whilst the ingenious devices are able to display component dimensions via the user’s choice of mechanical dial gauges, digital indicators, or accurate transducer probes and digital readout units.

Bowers has a wide range of standard measuring anvils and accessories readily available to suit the Sylvac PS15, PS16 and PS17 measuring stands, including, XYZ tables with fine adjustment mechanisms and rotating support plates that enable the rapid, accurate measurement of multiple small parts. For more unusual measuring applications, Bowers are also able to manufacture specialised contact anvils and component supports.
