Surface Roughness Tester - Diavite DH-7
The easy to use Diavite DH-7 surface-measuring instrument is capable of measuring in most common surface finish scales and displaying results in its large digital display. A built-in printer, with graph capability and an RS232 output further enhance this extremely versatile gauge.
A standard multipurpose tracer is supplied with the Diavite DH-6 and a comprehensive collection of specialised tracers are available to suit a wide range of applications. Special tracers can be manufactured to suit customers more demanding measuring requirements.
Features
- This is a direct digital display unit from which the measured value can be printed, graph recorded or RS232 transmitted to a computer forSPC or central data collection.
- The standard tracer unit using a diamond-tip stylus determines surface roughness of bores from 8mm (0.300") diameter and 25mm deep.
- The standard tracer can also scan the periphery of balls or other convex or concave surfaces from 8mm (0.300") radius. Special stands and
fixtures available. Measurement Values: Ra, Rq, Rz, Rmax, R3z, Rt.
With 4 different cut-off lengths.
