Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to UK mainland residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Bowers Metrology Group and their associates.
  2. Only one entry per person. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
  3. Bowers is not liable for any entries that are lost or damaged.  All entries must be received before 4pm, June 11th 2010
  4. An overall winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received. 25 runner up entries will also be drawn.
  5. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Bowers reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal value.
  6. Delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
  7. There is no cash alternative and the prizes will only be given to the official winner and runners up.
  8. Prize winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the World Cup Final date (July 11th 2010).
  9. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted & be bound by the rules & consent to the transfer of their personal data to Bower’s Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion & any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  10. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
